IMPORTS INTO INDIA
AExhibiz offers door to door logistic services for the exhibits coming from origin up to delivery at sites in India for Fairs & Exhibition, Sports & Events, Conference, Congress, Meetings, Private demos, Road Shows, concerts etc. And subsequent delivery back to point of origin.
Our services include
Pre-documentation coordination with shipper
Collection of documents from airline/shipping lines
Preparation, presentation and processing of relevant import entry documents required by law
Loading at airport/port and transport to relevant site
Unloading, customs examination and attendance and delivery to final point
Provision of labor and equipment to assist with unpacking and positioning of materials on final point
Removal of empties & interim storage
On site supervision by AExhibiz staff
EXPORTS FROM INDIA
AExhibiz Logistic offers door to door services for the goods going out of India to any destination for Fairs & Exhibition, Sports & Events, Conference, Congress, Meetings, Private demos, Road Shows, concerts etc. And subsequent delivery back to point of origin.

Collection of documents and co-ordination with airline/shipping lines
Preparation, presentation and processing of relevant Export / Import entry documents required by law of overseas country
Loading/unloading at airport/port and transport to relevant destination
Unloading, customs examination and attendance and delivery to final point overseas
Provision of labor and equipment to assist with unpacking and positioning of materials on final point overseas
Removal of empty cases & interim storage
On site supervision by AExhibiz in coordination with overseas associates staff.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
Temporary clearance under ATA Carnet
Temporary clearance under invoice / packing list through FTWZ facility.
Preparation of ATA Carnet on behalf of shipper from Indian Chamber of commerce & closing
Conversion of temporary import under ATA carnet in to permanent through sales & clearance formalities.
Warehousing facility for long term storage of exhibits in all major cities.
Arranging lifting equipment & manpower for loading / unloading activities if needed.
Crating & Vacuum packing
Arranging technician / mechanic, if needed
